Note: in Reason 5, it's called "Get Groove From Clip" instead of "Get User Groove". Load a REX loop, right-click on Dr. Rex and hit Copy Loop to Track, right-click on the resulting loop on the note lane, and finally click Get Groove From Clip. ![]() Now if you open the ReGroove mixer, you'll see that a new groove called "User 1" has been added to your inventory. |

Yes, I believe the "Discovering Reason" tutorials are somewhat dated....at least some of them. Prior to Reason 4, the tutorial would have worked as described. However, with the implementation of the Regroove feature, that clip gets added to the first available channel on the Regroove mixer as Neb stated. Dose |
