Reason + usb audio interface

Hi everybody!

I'm planning to get a usb audio interface to replace the integrated Realtek HD Audio chip for recording electric guitars and vocals into Ableton Live. I would also like to record keyboards from Reason via Rewire. It's clear that a dedicated sound card can improve the recorded guitar and vocal parts but would it improve the sound coming out from Reason as well? I mean both for recording both for playing it live?
