Edit clips without being taken to the beginning of them

Edit clips without being taken to the beginning of them

Is there a way to edit clips such as when double clicking them, and not be scrolled all the way to the beginning of the clip. Sometimes this takes me to the beginning of the song and I have to scroll back to where I was. It's annoying.
