| I am trying to figure out why I cannot get the knobs 1 & 2 to be used as remote override controls in Reason. Is it even possible? Thanks, |

Hmm, strange. As long as Reason recognizes your padKONTROL, and you select Scene 16 after adding it, the knobs should work. ...unless you accidentally re-configured the two knobs to send out a non-standard CC. In this case, download the Scene editor (in the Support section of http://www.korg.com/Product.aspx?pd=414) and restore the default knob assignments. Also get the latest drivers while you're there... can't hurt. |

Oh, I think the problem is the Scene 16. I was not aware I needed to be in that scene for Reason. Once I switched they are enabled and working I actually have been using scene 1 and 2 thus far. I guess il just start using scene 16. If I need to make uther scenes like specific scales for non-drum sounds then I will just figure out how to set the knobs. Thanks again. Each day I am getting to love Reason more. As soon as I can get a method to load my existing sounds and samples into it I'll be happy. I will not be able to abandon Cubase yet as I need to system to records vocal tracks but for making my beats Reason is quite inspiring. Appreciate the support in this forum. |
