If you are asking if you can get sound when you draw in a midi note the answer is no. You can, however, mouse-click on the piano roll on the left hand side and it will play whatever notes you are clicking on. Dose |

It's only possible in Reason 5, I think. Go to Edit->Preferences->General and check Trigger Notes While Editing. Earlier versions of Reason didn't have this feature.
