Hello I am brand new to Reason. I am using version 5 and I have my Triton Ex connected via USB as my main MIDI device.

Auto-detecting finds me nothing related to my Triton. I have added it as a other midi keyboard controller so that is fine.

I am wondering if there is an actual device patch or equivilent file that I can import into reason that will allow me to detect the Korg Triton Ex thus allowing me to utilize all buttons, sliders etc.

I highly doubt there's an official remote codec for the Triton series.

That said, as long as your Triton outputs MIDI data when you move the sliders/knobs, you should still be able to assign them to any device parameter in Reason (by right clicking on the parameter, selecting remote override, and learning from MIDI input).

Thanks for the info, I will try that method. I thought I would ask as a Cubase user I found that there are device preset files for most hardware.
