Default Sampling Echo

Every time i sample a song into reason i chop it up with recycle then bring it into reason using dr octo rex loop player. i set up dr octo rex to have full release and only be able to play one chop at a time.
my broblem happens now, every time i press a pad on my mpk49, it plays the assigned sample but at the end of the sample it doesnt just cut it, instead it plays an echo fade out of the sample, i have tried tweaking evrything but cant find what it is, it is really anoying and hard to match up samples because of this echo, please help
thank you!

Interesting problem. I have been trying to recreate your issue with no success. Have you tried it with the sustain, release, and decay adjusted lower? Are you running a reverb unit as a send effect or even a insert effect? I know these are basic questions, just trying to narrow down a little what might be causing this.
