I record a track. It shows up. When I play it, no sound. What am I doing wrong?

When you say you are recording a track....are you recording it in the sequencer in Reason or Record? Are you seeing data being recorded in the sequencer track for the NN19? Is the sequencer track muted?

What process are you following? Are you starting from scratch, generating a mixer, wiring up the NN19, loading a patch, recording on the NN19 sequencer track...?
