Im starting to compose Psytrance.....daunting task as I have no musical theory background. Would like someone to teach me how to make that Organic SQUELCHY sound that is popular in a lot of Psy. Been playing around in Thor with a Saw wave and found that if I open and close the Frequency filter while moving the Pitch up and down I get something "kinda" close but its really difficult to control it to what I want it to sound like. Also want to get a saw wave moving slower so I can hear the start of each new cycle of the wave more clearly instead of it sounding like a flat note sometimes. (not sure if Im explaining correctly). Any help? |
