Default Explain the process of recording

I have been strictly using pro-tools and its plug-ins up to this point. But I would like to start using reason here at home as a writing tool. Just how in the HELL do I record a synth part? I understand the redrum...A1...A2...blah blah. I assume the synths would be layed out sort of the same? I some one could take the time in explaining this it would be much much appreciated.

sounds like you have the exact problem that i had...
if it's just about laying the different patterns down like you do it with the redrum ?!? i also tried to lay the synth patterns down (A1, A2, ...) by choosing the synth in the sequencer but since you use the matrix sequencer to create the synth patterns you just have to choose the matrix sequencer track (in the box on the left in the sequencer where you have the different sequencer tracks...mixer, redrum, synth etc.) instead.
sorry for this kind of crappy description but i'm also new to using reason so i'm not really aware of the terms to use...i really hope though this may helped you a little...

Good idea. I hate RS.

You could also use ImageShack.us - no need to register. But you could if you wanted to have the archive of all your images. And they give you the needed coded to copy-paste into the message body.

You should use the different bbcode - the one that is all in capital letters. It will create a nice little thumbnail within the post.

Ya, it doesn't in the editor mode, you can only click it when it's posted, or in preview mode.
