| I'm seeming to have some tempo issues in Reason. I'm trying to lay some lead synth to start and its quite repetitive (it's a house track) and after a couple of repeats it becomes out of tempo with my metronome. I have spent much time trying to adjust and arrange the spacing and sizes of the notes in the path and everything seems to line up great but continues to lose tempo eventually. Any tips or tricks to help cure this?? Thank You, Cory |

It sounds it could one of these two things: 1. Try quantising all the notes. The quickest way to do this is to Select All the notes (Ctl+A) then right-click, and click on Quantize Notes. Make sure you've turned on Snap-to-Grid. That way if you've played a few notes out of time, it locks them back into the grid. 2. The song itself might have some track automation on the transport track changing the tempo of the track. Recheck the transport track in case something has been changed. That's all I can think of. |
