reason 5 with digi003 rack

hello all, im new to the forum and to reason. i use logic 9 with my digi003rack without having to run protools via a digicore audio manager, and i wanted to know if this was possible with reason 5 as well, i tried it a few times and only thing that happens when i select my digi003 rack is a red X pops up to it, do i need to change more setting somewhere?
