Im not gonna give you the exact way to make this patch , though i can advise you to look into some THOR / synthesis tutorials , most of them can be found on YT ... (Do a search on Hydlide , the guy knows what he is talking about in his tut's ...)

And about that Romanian house refill ... could you be more specific ?
