As I've never attempted this I'm just going to stumble through it. Are you trying to transfer directly from your old computer? if so it seems to me it would be easier to just use the original installation disks. A thought: there's no way to lock the disc after a single installation since they're not rewritable, and this is something I can't think of a way that PH would be able to stop via software or internet connection. Is the dell is running osx or windows? if windows: is it a compatibility issue between PC and Mac? I'm pretty sure the refill format is different between the two OS's I know Zero about osx, so we hit my limit on that one, but I hope you get it worked out.
