Default problems with switching reason between two computers?

I'm trying to install reason on my new macbook (its allready installed on my old dell) but it wont let me complete the instalation It says "could not copy the orkester sound bank since the file or the reason application folder on your hard drive is locked" I'm guessing I'm encountering these issues cause the propellerhead people are uptight as shit and don't want their software on more than one computer. so how do i transfer it from my old computer onto this new one?

As I've never attempted this I'm just going to stumble through it.
Are you trying to transfer directly from your old computer? if so it seems to me it would be easier to just use the original installation disks.
A thought: there's no way to lock the disc after a single installation since they're not rewritable, and this is something I can't think of a way that PH would be able to stop via software or internet connection.
Is the dell is running osx or windows? if windows: is it a compatibility issue between PC and Mac? I'm pretty sure the refill format is different between the two OS's
I know Zero about osx, so we hit my limit on that one, but I hope you get it worked out.

Hi .. just to throw in my 2 cents of wisdom ..

Refills can be used on both platforms @ 3rdfloor , and for the version you are installing ... , did you bought it , or download it ? ( The reason why i ask you , is because i know that the original is hybrid ( same cd for windows and osx ...) , and i dont know if you downloaded your copy , cos then there could be something wrong with the hybrid structure ...
IF All above aint the thing ... then the following came to my mind :
Harddisk settings on the OSX ? , privacy settings ? ( Dont even know IF OSX got something like it , but i thought .. ill give it a shot )

Greetzzzzzzzzzz and good luck ...!
