Whatever instrument you're using, there will be settings for polyphony, retrig/legato and portamento. Set poly to 1, meaning only one note will be played at once, turn on legato (def: tied together), and mess with the portamento knob, which determines how long the slide between notes will take. On Thor and Malstrom you don't have to change the polyphony setting, turning on legato alone does the trick.
