Default Issues using two instruments (nanopad and LPK25)

So I got myself an Akai LPK25 and a Korg Nanopad and am running reason 4

My intention is to run my keyboard through an NN-XT for piano sounds
and use my Nanopad with reDrum for drum beats

My Issue is that I can't do this.
I've set it so the LPK is on bus A and channel 1 is the NN-XT
And Bus B is the Nanopad and channel 1 is the reDrum

yet the issue is I can't get my nanopad to make any noise. When I hit it the redrum buttons light up showing it is recieveing but no sounds. Also when I hit the LPK25 the NN-XT works but it also is showing to be tirggering the redrum rack too though no sound is coming from it

totally at a loss here

check the simple stuff first, make sure nothing is soloed or muted. Beyond that there shouldn't be an issue... if the instruments are lighting up then the midi signal is getting through so it can't be on the input side, it has to be output.
Anyone else out there use multiple instruments that has better insight?

Hey, thanks for that little bit of help. From what I can see nothing is muted or soloing.
The main issue seems to be that the LPK is controlling both things on the rack, not sure how to change it. Would it be something to do with having a master keyboard setting or the like?
Sorry to Keep bumping the topic but I've basically wasted £50 on these things if they dont work

Sounds like a bug if it's not obvious.

I'd try putting your Nanopad on another channel, just out of interest.

I've tried putting both instruments on any and all channels and simply nothing works

Interestingly enough, I'm trying to record something now with JUST the LPK and I'm totally at a loss after recording one piano track as to how I am supposed to add anything else to the mix seeing as how if I add any other instruments then nothing makes any sound.

I'm beginning to wonder if it's an issue with my soundcard? though I doubt it but I'm totally out of ideas here
