I need help finding a patch!!

I just started playing keyboard, and using Reason 4.0, it's great!
But I'm looking for a patch that sounds similar to the song Journey To The End, by Windir. If you find a video, go to 5:25, that lead keyboard is what I'm looking for! Also, I'm not very good with Reason, so if you could guide me through finding or modifying a current patch, that would also be helpful!
