Question New To Reason.....Help!

I recently purchased Pro-Tools 7.0 Ignition Pack which came with
Reason Adapted 3.0.1. I am still trying to figure out Pro-Tools, I am
not a high tech guy and I am struggling with the terminology as well as
a Mac pro which I also purchased. (I've always had a PC)

I am about to load the Reason Disc and have a few questions.

1. My disc says Reason Adapted 3.0.1. Is this a full version? I've never seen
the word Adapted before on websites that talk about Reason 3.0.

2. Can anyone suggest a good tutorial ? I will probably go to Sam Ash today
to see what they have. I need it today, I have my brother coming from
out of state to do a session, so I can't order anything through the internet.

Again, I struggle through these software programs, I need a beginner
tutorial to show me the basics. For tomorrow I'm just looking for some
good drum beats.

3. When downloading the disc, is there a special place I should download this
to?

Thanks!

What you have is a slimed down version of reason, it is not the full version of reason. I've never owned a mac before so I don't know about installing reason on there, but it should be fairly easy. Reason adapted as far as I know contains some instruments of the Full reason and is made especially for protools.
