Yamaha KX25 Not Fully Functioning In Reason 4

I recently purchased a Yamaha KX25 usb keyboard. It works fine for inputing notes into reason, however it will not contrtol anyother knobs or transport controls. Any help would be much appreciated. Also if you know how to get it working with Ableton Live (In Live I cannot get it to function at all.)
