so,everything is ok now.i dont know exactly what i did,i made a reset,then a recall and then i think i re-assigned axiom in reason.altough,from the m-audio support forum a technician gave me this answer :
"Your tests in MIDI-OX show that the Axiom is working. It sounds like the Axiom isn't sending the MIDI messages that Reason expects. Delete the Axiom from Reason's MIDI preferences, the click auto-detect, let it overwrite Preset 10. Then press Recall On the Axiom, if all Groups A, B, and C aren't active/flashing, press all 3 group buttons at the same time so they are, then press +/- to select P09. When it stops flashing press Recall and + to select P10. When it stops flashing the Axiom should be setup to send the correct MIDI messages for the Reason control surface setup."
I put this here in case someone faces the same problem as me,coz i f*** turned the net upside down to fix it
