Default MIDI drum controller: help please

I'm running Reason 3 and the Drum Kits Refill. I want to get a MIDI drum kit the play my drum parts manually. A few questions:

-Can anyone suggest a unit ~ $200? I'm look at the Alesis ControlPad or the Yamaha DD55.

-Will the pedals function properly? For example, will the left foot up sound an open HH, but the left foot down sound a different sample? Is it possible to program this?

-Can it be configured for use with the Combinator (as, the Drum Kits Refill uses the NN-XT's (I think), connected to a 14:2 mixer, connected to a Combinator).

Thanks for the help!

Jason

I'm pretty sure it will work, especially with the amount of things you can control with combinator, I've never real tried a midi drum controller.
