Hey everyone.
I've been searching the web for a few days for a solution to this, and was wondering if anyone here might have the answer.

My recording PC is currently loaded with a very interesting setup: For MIDI, I use an M-Audio Delta1010LT. This is also my computer's only and default audio card, so when I'm working JUST with Reason 4, it works like a charm. I use my Korg RK-100 (yes, the keytar from 1984) as my main keyboard controller. I run this directly into the MIDI IN of my Delta1010LT.

For running Audio into my system, however, I use a much different method.
I have a Digidesign 003 rack. I use Protools 8.0 LE to record full bands, vocals, live instruments, etc. (I also have Propellerhead's Record...not recommended by any means.)

Before, I had Protools 7.4. I was able to just open Reason 4 as an insert on a Stereo Audio track in PT 7.4, and then just go about my business as always, using the MIDI IN on my Delta 1010 to do all my sequencing in the actual Reason sequencer window. When I played a Key, regardless of what track was selected in Protools, it would play the device I selected on Reason, without my having to go through the hell of making a MIDI Instrument track in Protools.

I upgraded to Protools 8 now, however, and I have to go through the hassle of making the Audio for Reason, making a MIDI track for literally EVERYTHING I want to control in Reason, and then use Protools 8's awkward sequencing, not to mention unplugging my keytar from the back of my PC where the Delta1010 is (not an easy task considering the miles of wire back there) and plugging it into my 003.

How on earth can I get back to the dream setup I had before?!

I just want my 003 to control when Reason starts playing, and the tempo markers. NOTHING ELSE. How do I do this?
