Default Delay In Rewire with Cubase

In my "Rewire with cubase problem" thread I brought up this problem but no one seemed to respond. At first I couldn't even rewire properly then I figured it out but there was a problem. I'd make a Midi track with a reason device in theout put and when I would press a key on my keyboard there would be about a 1 second delay in the sound. Is it because of the rewire? Is it because of my pc performance? ( 2.8 GHz 1gig of ram) So I doubt its really that. Is anybody else doing what I am and having the same problem? I'm trying to figure this out because I'd really like to use reason with rewire in cubase so I can have the ability to record audio in real time while listening to my beat from reason. It's driving me crazy. Thanks in advance for any help I get.

See on your cubase manual all topics related with "Latency" (or even look for this term on internet).

Latency is a term to name this little delay on audio systems.

I use other waveform edit program that has a tutorial to fix the latency matters.

i hope this can help you.
