Did you ever resolve this issue? I have had this same problem with Reason 3 for over a year now. I even uninstalled Windows, reformatted the drive, reinstalled Windows, and reinstalled Reason on a separate drive. It worked for maybe a day, and then the problem came right back. I really hope you found a fix for it, because I've been going out of my mind.

Oh yeah, and I was hoping that upgrading to 4 would fix it, but I see that it didn't help you at all, so What the hell am I supposed to do now?

My guess is that it aint a Reason issue , never heard such a thing in the past (And i visit loadsa fora's bout Reason ...).
But i will give me ol grey brainz a go ...

@joji123 , perhaps a good idea to post your sys-specs as well (OS , etc etc)

And what other programs do you both run on the background ? , any trojan-killers , virusscanners or anything like that ?

(Dunno if you both tried the 4.01 update yet ... , the issue you both have aint discussed in the "fix"list ... but you never know ...)

Or any other "non-common" things you did with your putah ? (non-common : other HD setups ... (RAID for example ..)

If the things above wont help you further , then i will have to use me grey mass again ..

When the problem first showed up, I was running RAID 0. I now have no RAID arrays. Not sure about background programs, but a very PC-literate friend of mine checked into this the first time around and found no background issues.
