Default getting the ECF-42 filter to work with combinator and nnxt automated in reason 4

hi all =)

Damn, for the most part Reason 4 is ok, but its seems to have totally changed in a few respects. Right now i am using combinator, and i have attached the ecf-42 filter, as i wana program and automate a filter. I can tweak it manually, but thats about it. But if i push record, like in older reason versions usually it records your manually tweaked knob turning. Now no..seems to be the same prob with NNXT..so how does one successfully get the damn filter to automate. In older versions you would create an own track for the filter and have it directly under the instrument..now this doesnt seem to be like that..

big thanks!

Right click on the knob/slider (the one you want to be automated) , and select "Edit Automation" , this way a new lane will pop-up in the sequencer ... (This is my way to automate "things" ...)

Hope this is what you are looking for though ...

Greetzzzzzzz and good luck
