I'm having issues with something, not sure where to pin point it.. If i open up reason on its own.. It will open up just fine and work great.. But, if i have, a browser, itunes, windows media player, anything else open.. It says reason cannot setup the control surface properly, and i have to exit out of anything else open, and go into preferences, switch to no device, then back to my ozone.. Any ideas what may be the problem? i've updated drivers for the ozone already...

There is nothing wrong, you can't have other devices open that require the use of the sound card. You can't have multiple media players open at the same time because the ports will only play one at a time unless you set one up asio and the other to the sound card.
