Default Really accurate automation

Hello, I've got a problem with automating in a really precise way in Reason, I mean when I manually adjust a knob or a slider it usually isn't very accurate but the problem can't be solved by drawing automation in controller lane- due to the shortage of magnifying the controller lane it's hard to obtain demanded value.
Also why the range of values on the same type of knobs and the same type of devices (e.g. different samplers) changes in different way, for example when I adjust filter frequency knob on one sampler I can obtain value of 64 and on the another sampler I can get only 63 or 65 :?
And one another question- Can I set different automation curves on the controller lane, I mean sth like smooth sine wave like I can get in FL Studio software?

Have you checked your preferences yet ? , try setting the Mouse Knob Range to "Very Precise" ? , maybe this could help ?

And when editting them manually try to set the "resolution" of the sequencer to 1/64 in stead of "bar" or 1/4 ...

Hope it helps you a bit ...

(And the last Question have to be answered by someone else , its been a while since ive been working with FL ... )

Thanks but mouse precision and resolution helps with drawing events horizontal and I neeed sth to precise my movements vertical (values are situated from up to down indeed).

Hold down Shift while youre moving any knobs and youll get that 64
