On a PC you need to load the refill pack into "C" drive. Mine are in the Reason folder under Propellerhead. Once this is done, open up Reason. Now, go to "file" at the top toolbar and select "open." Browse the window to find the refill. Once you see the refill, you can drag it over to "location." This is how I do it; there may be a better way. Also, and very important, choose the 16 bit refill, not the 24 bit. If you want to use 24 bit, wait until all the tracks are done. There's a big differece in how much memory these two use.
