Default Can I record NN19 sounds without Midi Keyboard?

Can I record NN19 sounds without a Midi keyboard?
I know I can play/hear the sound by alt-clicking,
but can I also record NN19 sounds without keyboard or other Midi devices (just reason software)?

What is the cheapest Midi keyboard (I need just a few keys)?

You can draw the notes into the sequencer track with your mouse. You just cannot record live played stuff without a MIDI keyboard. I (techno producer) don't need a keyboard. Just a MIDI controller to control the mix.

You could give "Bome's midi keyboard" a go .. (http://www.bome.com/midi/keyboard/) , this way you can play notes with the pc-keyboard ...

And if you wanna spend some money on it :

a MidiPlus Origin 25keys (with some knobs as well) would be between 50 and 70 us$ (Am from Europe myself .. in Holland it will cost you € 57,- )

Or you could check out M-Audio keyboards as well ... , a bit more expensif then the one discribed above though ... but around 100us$ you will have some keys ...

I did see Korg have some "cheap" keys as well ... the Korg nanoKEY ... (about € 49,- ) ,

Greetzzzzzzzz and good luck !

PS , i cant tell you the quality of these key's though ... , just because i never touched them ,,, lol

Many people don't think of Reason as a digital audio powerhouse, but as more of a MIDI-based sequencing environment. The thing with preset samples is that they have been used over and over and over again, even if you just take a preset and tweak it a bit, at least it gives it a different flavour.
