Default Drum Programming!

Hi, so I play drums in an alternative rock band, and to make recordings sound clean cut without a bunch of drum mics and expensive stuff, I've been programming drums on Reason.

I got the Factory and Orkester sound banks
and currently I'm having trouble building the "perfect" kit
Should I stick to sounds on the expansion packs?

Also, this is quite a long shot, but I can't find SN11 OHSH !!
I had it in my kit I've been using, and I can find the folder with it, since I'd like to use it for a new kit

Also, I've seen other drum computers where you can change the volume, sustain, etc of individual notes, can I do this in Reason?
For now I have been having two channels of whatever drum, and I just make one volume greater than the other, to allow accented hits

Last thing, which tempo and signature are good?
Ive been using 1/64 since it has the most squares, I figured the most potential

any other general tips?

thanks a lot!
