Monophonic machines nomatter what i do :(

Hi I've just gotten Reason 4 and i really like it so far. There is just 1 thing i just cant wrap my head arround. Nomatter what i do the synths are monophonic when i try adding harmonics (terts and quint)

Does anybody know a sollution to this? I would really appreciate some help!
