Default Whole track is panning to the left side

For some reason my entire setup is panning to the left? really fuckin annoying haha which knob have i accidentally turned?

also when i go to pan individual tracks to the right they just go dead quiet and its not my speakers coz when you import the track into audacity it shows the wave form as all to the left and regular songs and other reason files arent doing this :S

lol figured this out as well hahaha (i had somehow pulled out one of the cables connecting the built in output to the mixer for anyone who's interested)
