I've Rewired Reason with Logic, and I'm wondering if I should Max the volume to 127 for higher volume,

my only concern is, will this sacrifice sound quality?

As long as you avoid clipping you should be fine.

Good adxice. Try to keep it around -2 or -3 db.

My starting template has all the faders at halfway and also master fader - this helps me to mix better cos otherwise you wouldn't adjust the volume so much - it's a problem when all the faders are at 100 -your levels just can't be balanced.
