So I made a pattern on the Matrix Sequencer, but I dont know how to transfer that pattern to the track.

For example, when I go to edit>copy patten to track on Redrum, it shows up on the track just fine, and plays when you hit the play button, but when I do the same for the Matrix, only a blank box shows up...

Please Help. This would help tremendously!

It's pretty straightforward, it should work exactly like the redrum. Select the pattern on the matrix, set your loop points then copy to track. Maybe you should try to upload your .rns file in which this is happening so when can figure it out.
