| I started off with a dodgy copy of reason 3 and did loads with it. I just wondered where you were all at. |

Well, as for me, I stole mine. And I also stole the computer to go with it. I also stole all the songs I wrote using Reason. I stole the keyboard to write the stolen music on my stolen computer with the stolen copy of Reason. While we're at it, I stole the house where my computer lives. I also stole my wife and two of our kids. How many many people do you think are going to say the have an illegit copy of Reason? Joe |

I've worked some years with an unlicensed copy, but I always knew, that I will buy it some day, when I see a good offer (400€ was too much for me). Then one or two years ago Propellerheads offered the Reason 4 full version as an upgrade from any Reason Adapted version (those light versions which you get with many hardware products) for just 200€. That was the offer, that I was waiting for. I bought it and I am happy now! 200€ is a fair price for this cool program. EDIT: I know, it's not the correct way, but I can understand, when for example students use unlicensed copies, because they couldn't pay the expensive prices for software. When I was a student, I had way more illegal copies then today. Later I started to buy more and more products (like Reason). Last edited by iGoA; May 26th, 2009 at 08:34. |
