| I have a friend who is writing like minimalist acoustic songs and has asked me to write some drums and strings and keyboards etc etc over the top of them. Because i just love reason i would soooo much rather do it on it rather than using ableton or something so is this possible?

Hey man. What I tend to do when I have live instrumentation is after i've recorded it into Cubase and made it a WAV file, I stick it into Recycle and just chop at every half bar or so, so if you need to you can arrange it. After I do this, I simply export into the Dr Rex as a Rex file, set the tempo at which I recorded it, and copy it to sequencer (will be a button on the module saying something along them lines.) Thats how I do it, hopefully its some sort of help.
