reason sounds slighty off beat after tracked to protools

i sequence everything into my mpc2500 then track it into pro tools 8. before i track into pro tools everything sounds perfectly in tact...but when i track everything into pro tools the reason sounds are a bit off beat..kind of slower then the rest of the sounds from the mpc/motif ect..should i record the midi notes from reason 1st into pro tools and then record the wave files??

nobody has a clue huh? lol..im pretty sure it has sumthin to do with latency tho..helllp!!!

Since your using the MPC as the sequencer then you must be using Midi to track in Pro Tools correct?
