I am new to this group, Have been using my akai mpc 2xl for yrs, i just got my hands on reason 3.0, but I guess i'm somewhat stoneage becuase i dont know how to being to make beats or do anything. I hope nobdy going to laugh at me becuase we do this in my users group for the 2kxl with people. but i'm hoping you guys have a little more class then us over there. Can someone just give me a idea about how begining making music becuase i'm use of banging on pads so i dont even know where to start, but i'm a faster learner. so can someone get me off one the good foot.

You could open a demo song, and see how stuff works, but here's a little tip to create beats.

First, create a mixer, then create a Redrum Drums Machine, open a patch for redrum, and start creating patterns.
