I think there's no easy way. Working with a combinator and key zones would need x clones of your synth. This is unpractical.
I'd just do it via automation of the pitch wheel.

how can i do it for one note? cause if i just adjust the pitch wheel, the entire device will be detuned... i just want ONE note to be detuned... ?

Go down to where the midi notes are shown as vertical lines. Highlight the note you want to change. Go to edit and select "change events." You might want to first expand the view to make it easier to highlight.

Okay, I just reread your question and you want to make it -55 cents instead of -100 (semi tone). The only way I can think of is to erase the one note that you want to change, then make a copy of the sequencer. Now, on the copied sequencer put in the erased note and change it with the pitch wheel. It won't matter if the whole thing changes because it will only be the one note. There may be a better way, but I'm pretty sure this will work.

okay so you're saying that I use two devices with the same sound.

One device will be the original melody with erased Bb and the second device will be the erased note just detuned to the -55 cents. Right?

that works thanks !

but it seems like the pitch bend scale is not in cents? what unit is it in? and what would be the equivalent of -55 cents for that unit of the pitch bend?
