VERY new to Reason - Volume Control

I'm the ultimate Reason newbie. I've put together a very basic track with 4 or 5 instruments but I'd like to vary volume within a track after I've recorded it. Is there an easy to to do this across multiple bars?

Also is there a Reason for Dummies kind of book I should buy?

The Reason manual is pretty good..
Whatever you want to look for, do a search and read
