"Sample start" in NN-19 cant start at the end of sample... why?

"Sample start" in NN-19 cant start at the end of sample... why?

Hi, I like to play with the sample start knob inthe NN-19 but when I load medium and long samples, like 10sec, I cant go very far with the sample start... at 127 I still at the beginning of the sample.

Im I missing something or its a reason limitation?

Is there a way to automatize the sample start in the NN-XT? (I dont think so...)
