I am well underway with a song and i have quite a few nn xt samplers in the rack with samples obviously. Now i opened up my track and it said "there are sounds missing" and then when i went to save it somewhere and it will not let me save it because it says "Cant include file - one of the files could not be included in the song. Please check your song self-contain settings"

And then when i do go into song self contain settings and i locate the sound that shows the blank white document icon with a size of 0kb (im assuming that this is the faulty sound/file that is missing) and i dont know what to do with it.

Understandably, I really do not want to lose any of my work so how do i fix it so i can save it on my computer.
