Importing MIDI file question

When I import a MIDI file and try and play it, it's muted or just silent? I don't really know. The sequencer is populated with the voices and the bar tracks along - but I heat nothing. Everything else works fine!

Any ideas?

You have to add instruments to every midi track, you just have notes, you need to add sound generator devices to play them.
