| I am currently writing a tune using samples loaded on to the NN-XT sampler in Reason and there seems to be a problem with loops which i've experienced with other tunes also when using Cubase and Reason - When I select an area in the Cubase sequencer to loop one audio file in the Reason sampler NN-XT, it plays it once, then glitches and beeps on loop, then plays part of the sound and keeps making glitchy beep noises as it loops. It's very annoying expecially as looping is an important for me. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? Cheers |

I've just worked it out, after years of it being like this! I realized this evening that the transport bar on Reason, which i never normally look at as i do all my sequencing in Cubase, has been somehow sincronized to that of Cubase, so whenever i press play on cubase it plays the transport bar in Reason. Basically Reason seemed to be running its sequencer at the same time as cubase which i guess was the problem. I fixed this by disabling the midi sync on the Reason transport bar and now it seems to work fine when i loop reason audio in cubase |
