| Still working with the program, though. It takes some time... it would appear that it takes me quite a bit of time. Wish I could share what I am doing but I can't post links yet. Last time I was here there was like no one on this thing. I knew that I liked Reason but it seemed hopeless for me- I'm very limited -time-wise. Then I got a hold of a Novation synthesizer and I have found a new love for Reason. There is still alot that I do not understand. I am having trouble figuring out how best to play a Reason track in at a live gig with other instruments in play. Also is there any way at all to import a garage band file into Reason or vice versa? I know probably not but figured I would ask anyway. |

Welcome back. I don't remember you but I think I joined after you leaved. You might be able to do that by exporting MIDI with garageband, then importing the same MIDI file into Reason. It would only copy tracks though (i.e. no patches or samples), you'd need load the same samples in Reason devices and assign the right ones to the right tracks etc.

thanks for that... we'll see if that works. Even getting a track from GB into Reason would be useful to some extent.
