Default Drum Programming

I am thinking of upgrading Reason Adapted to full version. I wanted to ask if there is a way to have several samples under one key, not as velocity layers, but rather as variations played consecutively with every key hit. Like 6 different snare hits played one after the other every time the D key is hit. Or all loop slices under one key, triggered one every time the key is struck.

The first idea is to create some LFO or matrix pattern with a curve to drive the NN-XT velocity so NN-XT thinks that the velocity is changing. The problem - velocity is tied to note out of Matrix so I could not automate it alone. I just got a pattern which triggers different samples consecutively while playing one note but only because I have drawn notes and their velocity in Matrix Don't know, maybe there are some better solutions how to drive velocity alone or how to get NN-XT to choose samples. I am a bit new to Reason 4. Maybe it is possible to import a big wav with many consecutive samples and automate Sample start? I'll try tomorrow....

You can get loops with one key using the Dr rex loop player. Also, you can make your own loops in some program (not reason) and load them into the nn-19.

Hmm, did I understand something wrong? Did the author of this thread want to have, say, sample A on key C1, sample B on key C1 and so on (which is as simple as loading many samples for the C1 key) and when he triggers the note C1, first time he gets A sound next time B sound and so on (which is not that simple and I too would like to know what parameter or knob except note velocity can be tweaked to get such a random or sequential choice of samples)?
