Hiya.
I've been using fl studio 8 for a while but have now tested reason 4 and found its synth creating capabilities much better but i find the fruity loops sequencer a lot easier and am thus attempting to rewire them. I have followed a few tutorials online on how to do this, however they are not working.

What happens is i add the channel "Rewired" in FL, select Reason from the drop down menu (but it only works after opening Reason for some reason, if i click if before it tries to load it up and says "check engine" or something along those lines)

I go to "MIDI options" and add the hardware device or whatever it is to the list.

Then i add the channel "MIDI out" and set it to channel 3 (the channel in relation to the instrument channel in Reason that i want to use) and i hear the sound when i press the keys on my Axiom 25 fine, and i can record it in FL, it records the notes fine, but when i go to play it back i can't hear it play back what i just recorded.

Also if i try to press the keys on the piano roll in FL, i can't hear anything (which i assume could be normal as it is being midi only controlled?)

I really hope someone can help me with this as i am eagerly awaiting this Rewire for some awesome sounds from reason 4, but the convenience of FL's sequencer!
