I love Reason. Its my one and only production tool. I`ve gotten rid of my sound mods. However, as great as Reason is, I still feel there are tweaks and tools we could use. Feel free to add your own. I think the Props make outstanding products, (I also have ReCycle, incredible tool) and want our honest feedback so they can improve an already incredible product and value.

For starters...

1. Change Time Signatures Within a Song (This may be possible already but I have not figured it out so excuse if this is the case.)

2. 4 Band Parametric EQ on the Mixer (To consolidate space, the bands would be opened via drop down window. So you would click on the "EQ" button and the 4 bands would be seen and then you click on freq you want and that opens up to gain/bandwidth/freq). Even a 3 band parametric with bass roll off would work.

Hi Ernest ... as for the first Question ... changing time-sig in your song is very simple ... , just rightclick on the time-sig box ... , and press "edit automation" ... , should do the job ...
So , that feature can be wiped away from your wish-list

On what page that info is ? , i really cant give you that answer m8 ... , since i got Reason 4 ive played a lot with it , to just check out the features ... (And they told me that almost everything in Reason can be automated ... , and with that in the back of my head i discovered that they wernt lying ... lol)

EArnest, you will need 4.0 to do this, can't be done with 3.0

Got V4! Thanks Joe. Sitting at the computer, I searched time signatures in the Reason Digital Manual and could not find it. Thats why I was curious what page it was on. Thanks everyone.

With v4 you can also automate the tempo by right clicking.

Thanks Joe, I`ll check it out tonight when I`m in session. I don`t know about you guys but V4 is incredible. Just the updates to the sequencer was worth the $$$, let alone the almighty Thor, ReGroove, etc...
