| This is my first time ever recording drums MIDI with reason and I have a problem. It recorded ok with obvious latency issues as it was close to the click track but not on. This we quantized and put it to the correct rhythms. But the issue is now that some of the hits are not sounding/playing even though they are right there. I know how to change the velocity of the hit and make it louder so it's not a velocity issue. We can physically see the note hitting on time, but it does not trigger when it is quantitized!!! If we move it off the direct beat it sounds, which doesn't make any sense, because it should sound regardless. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks |

Is it on channel 8 or 9? There's a button on the redrum (on the left bottom) called "channels 8 & 9 exclusive". Try to disable it.

Thanks for the reply! but we aren't using redrum, we are using the drum refills so the samples open up through the combinator and the durms are triggered through the sampler (sorry if my terminology is off, I'm still new to reason) |
