We never get alot of appreciation threads, so thank you! Alot of people contribue to this site and I'm glad people like you are getting help. I'd also like to thank everyone else who contributes their knowledge to this site. Reasonforum has turned out be a huge resource for information and I'm always glad when I can help out a fellow reason user. |

Thanks a ton, I haven't been on the forum lately (too many games) but I'm planning on coming back more. Haven't used Reason in ages either (too many games), but that's going to change also.

Yeah, thanks also, although I don't consider myself to be an expert by no stretch, but I do enjoy helping others when I can. I also learn a lot from others on this forum. Also, been very busy recording a CD in my studio, so that's why I haven't been posting. Joe |

Sorry if this is off-topic, but out of curiosity, what genre are you recording?

Hey Titan, I'm recording two brothers who are in there late 50's. It's kind of bluesy/folkish type stuff. I'm using Reason pianos (the refill ones) and Reason drums and percussion on the songs. Man, I gotta say that without Reason I'd have to shut down. Reason is so versatile. Another great tool is Ozone. Ozone is an awesome mastering software program. If used properly, it will turn a good sound into a great one. Check it out. You can download a free trial. If you like I can post one of the tunes to your email. Good to hear from you! Joe |

Yeah, SG reccomended Ozone but I didn't have anything to use with it. I'm gonna check it out again though.

Yeah.. I like to think of this site as a "give a little get a little" kind of forum.. I love providing help whenever i can, in hopes that when I need help others will provide me with it as well.. I love how this site sticks to that way of functioning, it's nothing like any other forum i've been on.. Most of them turn into E-Gangsta territory lol with nothing but Bashing and Spam.. I'd like to thank everyone who has helped me out. I'd also like to thank those who have questions.. I find myself learning more and more because of questions asked on here that intrigue me to the point of figuring it out on my own just so i can answer a question LOL. I've learned a lot from that. and thank everyone again for keeping this forum real, and somewhat professional.. hehe.
